Position Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Civil Engineer with a strong background in stormwater planning and design. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in hydraulic modeling and drainage project management. This role will involve leading complex projects, including hydrologic studies and 2D hydraulic analyses, while also mentoring junior engineers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in stormwater planning and hydraulic design.
  • Possession of a Texas PE license or the commitment to obtain one within 6 months of employment.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, including experience in managing or mentoring junior engineers.
  • Proficiency in hydraulic analysis software such as HEC-HMS and HEC-RAS, with familiarity in advanced 2D modeling tools being a plus.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex engineering concepts to diverse audiences.
