- Assisting in the hiring, training, and evaluation of phlebotomy service personnel
- Teaching phlebotomy procedures to less-skilled personnel
- Providing coaching and performance improvement plans for team members who are not meeting standards
- Assisting with communication and problem-solving both intra- and interdepartmentally
- Performing all the duties of a phlebotomist
- Assisting in providing for adequate staffing for phlebotomy services
- Providing coverage during phlebotomy absences and vacations
- Assisting with revising and updating the phlebotomy training program
- Assisting with maintaining and writing policies and procedures relating to phlebotomy services

Requirements:
