  • Managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to commission payout.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Development Representative, you will receive mentorship and collaborate closely with a high-performing team. Your primary duties will include:

  • Responding to inbound inquiries from across the country regarding various insurance coverage options.
  • Engaging with potential clients over the phone, gathering essential information, and scheduling virtual consultations (via Zoom or phone calls).
  • Leveraging our proprietary tools to generate personalized insurance quotes, presenting tailored solutions, and closing deals in virtual sessions.
  • Managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to commission payout, typically within 72 hours.
