Customer Experience Lead

About the Role
">This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences as a Customer Experience Lead. Reporting directly to the Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team of Customer Experience Assistants, Jewelry Consultants, and Concierges. Your goal will be to drive sales growth, deliver exceptional customer service, and maintain a luxurious showroom environment.
With a competitive estimated salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, this role offers a unique chance to grow and develop your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing your team members, driving sales performance, maintaining a visually appealing showroom and office space, and collaborating with our customer care team to ensure seamless customer experiences.
You'll work closely with our sales and customer service teams to achieve quarterly sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll also be responsible for maintaining a positive and inclusive team culture, ensuring that all team members feel valued, supported, and empowered to succeed.
Requirements

- Proven sales leadership experience in retail or direct-to-consumer sales
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
- Ability to think critically and adapt quickly in a flexible environment
- Exceptional time management skills and accountability
