Lead Enterprise Software QA Automation Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Enterprise Software QA Automation Engineer to join our team at OneStream Software.
As a key member of our platform engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks to ensure the quality and reliability of our Corporate Performance Management (CPM) software.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft technologies, including experience with Selenium, BrowserStack, TestComplete, and Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
You will work closely with our QA and Development staff to understand project goals, build and create automated test scripts, and repair and maintain existing test scripts.
In addition, you will collaborate with our QA Automation architect to enhance and maintain our test automation framework and guide the testing approach for new feature development.
Your expertise will be critical in recommending new test automation tools and processes that improve our quality and velocity, as well as identifying test gaps and prioritizing adding coverage based on areas of risk.
You will also take ownership of test failures and ensure our Continuous Integration (CI) system is reliable.
This role requires excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, as well as leadership qualities, a strategic mindset, technical capacity, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks
- Collaborate with QA and Development staff to understand project goals and objectives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or IT-related field
- 8-10+ years quality assurance experience, preferably in Financial Applications
- 8+ years experience with test automation tools, including Selenium, BrowserStack, TestComplete
- 5+ years experience with object-oriented programming language, preferably C#
- Proven experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Enterprise software experience, Cloud or SaaS providers, or web application providers
- Recent Microsoft technology focus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Engineering or IT-related field
- EPM/CPM knowledge or financial background
- Experience with Consolidation Software, such as OneStream, Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), SAP BOFC (Cartesis), SAP Outlooksoft BPC, IBM Cognos
Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience
