We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Aerospace Sales Manager to drive our company's commercial business products forward. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with a passion for the aerospace industry to join our team and contribute to our continued growth and success.

Job Description

This is a dynamic and challenging position that requires a strong understanding of the commercial aerospace market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to achieve company goals. They will work closely with our engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Performance: Identify and pursue new sales leads, negotiate contracts, and manage client relationships to achieve revenue targets.
  • Business Development: Research and identify new business opportunities, develop strategic plans to capitalize on these opportunities, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement these plans.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging customer needs.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in commercial aerospace sales, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong understanding of the commercial aerospace market, ability to build and maintain relationships, and proficiency in CRM software.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: $140,000+
  • Bonus: Bonus structure tied to individual and company performance
