Job Title: Quality Assurance Lead

At InterSources Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Lead to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business requirements documents to gain a deep understanding of the system from both technical and business perspectives.
  • Develop and execute test plans, including postman and pipeline testing, using various tools and knowledge of Node-based automation testing.
  • Participate in requirements, design, development, and testing sessions.
  • Analyze requirements and determine the technical feasibility of automation testing and implementation of these requirements during scripting and validation.
  • Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks in developing automation scripts for new features and updates in legacy modules.
  • Analyze project scope and prepare test execution plans for sprint releases.
  • Involve in the preparation of test plans and estimation documents.
  • Analyze requirements and prepare test data by coordinating with multiple teams.
  • Participate in scrum meetings and ensure there are no blockers or dependencies to start regression testing.
  • Coordinate with offshore QA teams and onsite teams to track execution status.
  • Split technical tasks between team members and execute as per the project plan.
  • Review peers' tasks on a regular basis and ensure they meet project standards.
  • Coordinate with internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution.
  • Work with cross-functional teams in case of any blockers from web services or other third-party environmental issues.
  • Create automation scripts using Jav and XCode utilities.
  • Develop and write high-quality coding that meets customer requirements.
  • Create/review BDD feature files for both iOS and Android apps.
  • Debug and fix issues while running automation scripts.
  • Automate all possible customer-facing scenarios to increase test coverage.
  • Analyze test results and reports generated during testing to validate feature functionality.
  • Coordinate with QA and business teams for system integration and UAT testing.
  • Work closely with peer developers and QA team members to ensure overall quality of solutions.
  • Analyze, debug, and fix defects found during the sprint, system integration end-to-end testing, and regression testing.
  • Coordinate with integration test teams in planning and executing end-to-end QA and product testing.
  • Coordinate in fixing reported issues found in production.
  • Follow agile/scrum methodology for software development and reporting updates and progress.
