Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled Utility Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee and manage utility-related construction projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and effectively. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with various stakeholders, maintaining project timelines, and ensuring successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist project managers with utility coordination, mapping, and subsurface utility engineering for both public and private projects.
  • Support field teams with utility designation, oversight of test holes, and documentation of subsurface utility investigations.
  • Collaborate with office staff to develop utility coordination plans and specifications for projects across the region.
  • Work with engineering teams to design utility relocations.
  • Gain hands-on experience in coordinating the relocation of utilities for major infrastructure projects.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 1 to 5 years of experience in utility or transportation design and construction.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStation Open Roads is preferred.
  • Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and plans.
