Job Title: Regional Sales Director, Southeast, Air & Sea USJob Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales team in the Southeast region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with key clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to deliver on sales objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them
  • Provide regular reporting on sales performance and market trends
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company objectives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales management, with experience in transportation and logistics industry preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Professional certification in sales management or marketing
  • Experience with CRM systems and other sales management tools
