Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our SVP, Technology Workflows Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

* Schedule appointments and maintain complex calendars, ensuring seamless coordination and minimal scheduling conflicts.

* Prepare and review routine and advanced correspondence, including emails, presentations, and reports, to ensure accuracy and consistency.

* Assist leadership in optimizing time usage, making decisions on short-term priorities, and coordinating travel arrangements.

* Identify organizational issues and initiate or facilitate solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.

* Support new hires with onboarding processes, including expense reporting and travel systems.

* Compile and process leadership expenses and credit card reconciliation.

Requirements:

* 2-3 days of in-office work per week in our Santa Clara location.

* Strong organizational and communication skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.

* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
