  • Financial Management: Conduct daily audits of hotel financial data, handle guest transactions, and collaborate with other departments as needed.
  • Room Management: Proactively engage with guests, manage room bookings, and ensure efficient allocation based on VIPs, repeat guests, and special packages.
  • Transaction Processing: Process credit card transactions and accurately post charges to guest accounts.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Ensure accuracy in financial documents and prepare necessary reports.
  • Guest Support: Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs, including registration card preparation and guest folios.
  • Conflict Resolution: Handle guest complaints and emergencies calmly, finding effective solutions and ensuring a positive resolution.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
  • Skills: Positive and friendly demeanor, exceptional multitasking skills, attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
  • Certifications: Must be able to obtain a Pennsylvania Gaming License.
  • Availability: Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
