Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Hotel Manager to lead our boutique downtown hotel in delivering exceptional guest experiences that reflect our unique qualities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hotel management, with a passion for delivering high-quality service through hands-on training and driving revenue growth through all sales channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee all hotel operations, including front desk, guest relations, and night audit.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of hotel staff, ensuring they meet the highest standards of service and hospitality.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Implement and optimize departmental SOPs to elevate the performance across all hotel facets.
- Strategically align sales and marketing initiatives to enrich the essence of the lifestyle brand and support achieving RevPAR goals.
- Manage the hotel's budget and ensure all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
- Coordinate with the front desk team to ensure seamless guest check-in and check-out processes.
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and security regulations and standards.
- Manage and maintain the hotel's phone systems and other technology.
- Provide leadership and support to all hotel staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Proven experience in hotel management, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of hospitality management and guest relations.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Experience with hotel phone systems and other technology.
- Multilingual is a plus, with a strong understanding of diverse cultures and languages.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field preferred.
- Certification in hotel management or hospitality management is an asset.
