Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Interventional Radiology Specialist II PRN to join our team at HCA HealthONE Mountain Ridge. As a key member of our radiology department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Provide safe and appropriate patient care within the Values & Standards of Nursing Practice at SMC.
  • Conduct diagnostic imaging procedures, including radiography, fluoroscopy, and ultrasound.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
  • Develop and implement patient education programs to promote health and wellness.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) License or a Current ARRT (R).
  • Current BLS Healthcare Provider certification through AHA or ARC.
  • Advanced ARRT Credentials Strongly preferred within one year.
  • ACLS and PALS Provider Certification required for RN's.
  • Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing or 24-month AMA approved school of Radiological Technology.
  • Two years experience in critical care nursing preferred (RN) or one year diagnostic experience required (ARRT).
