Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Circle Electric. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our growing team, ensuring the smooth operation of our corporate office.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, including answering phones, greeting guests, and responding to emails.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including inventory, supplies, and safety certifications.
  • Coordinate company events, including scheduling, invitations, and logistics.
  • Support the Project Management team with administrative tasks, such as permit pulling, budgeting, and purchasing.
  • Assist field Electricians with documentation, resources, and information as needed.
  • Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma required; 3 years of experience in an administrative role preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and its tools is required.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
