Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Addison Group. This temporary opportunity will provide critical support to our client in the utility and energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate scheduling and project details with project managers and field teams.
  • Log utility locations, manage utility locates, and update project information.
  • Utilize MS Office and Excel to prepare job packages and categorize tasks for efficient dispatch.
  • Assist with project pricing, estimation, and ensuring all documentation is up to date.
  • Maintain master project schedules and logs for ongoing utility projects.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in the construction industry, ideally in powerline construction or utilities distribution.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, formulas).
  • Experience with Adobe Pro or Bluebeam.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
