Job Description: Technical Proposal Manager

QxBranch is seeking a seasoned proposal manager to provide commercial technical proposal support to the engineering sales team and company leadership. The ideal candidate will have a track record of successful proposal writing, with submissions that were selected for award.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute the proposal development process effectively.

• Identify win themes and competitive positioning.

• Coordinate with the marketing team on targeted industry initiatives.

• Articulate, in detail, what an effective proposal for each opportunity should look like.

• Build and maintain the QxBranch Proposal Library and Proposal Templates.

• Review and revise QxBranch's proposal development process.

• Facilitate the proposal development effort in QxBranch's CRM tools.

• Ensure each proposal is consistent with QxBranch branding and marketing guidelines.

• Contribute to business development strategy and planning.

• Track and prepare for upcoming proposal opportunities.

Requirements:

• Business, Financial, or Technology related BA/BS bachelor's degree required.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work with minimum supervision and display strong self-initiative.

• Experience building proposal templates, compliance matrices, and other proposal development tools.
