The Bartender is primarily responsible for delivering guests an enjoyable, expertly crafted beverage experience, adhering to Four Seasons standards of excellence in quality, professionalism, and friendliness. The Bartender develops a comprehensive understanding of all products served at the bar, ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending of drinks.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues both within and outside of your department.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- A minimum of two years' experience as a bartender in an upscale establishment is required.
- Availability to work weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.
- Capability to perform heavy lifting.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Hourly Rate: $21.22
