POSITION SUMMARY
The Beverage Service Specialist will assist in the Juice Bar operations, ensuring that Gold's Gym SoCal runs efficiently with a primary focus on hospitality and member loyalty.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma with a minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Preferred background in the fitness industry
- Proven customer service and hospitality skills
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and professionalism
- Excellent interpersonal and listening abilities
- Capacity to maintain a positive outlook and resolve issues
- Current CPR/AED Certification is required
PRIMARY DUTIES:
- Prepare and serve specialty drinks
- Interact with members, guests, and staff on a regular basis
- Keep the work area clean and sanitized
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Adhere to recipes and standards for food and beverage items
- Manage and track inventory levels
- Provide customers with product knowledge and information
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by management
- Ensure accurate cash drawer counts every two hours
- Maintain high security standards and protect company assets
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, stand for extended periods, and present a professional appearance
