The Beverage Specialist/Expo role is a single position responsible for preparing all beverages at the Boba station, arranging appetizer items at the Side Station, and packaging takeout orders at the Packing station according to Din Tai Fung's established recipes and standard operating procedures. The Beverage Specialist/Expo is also tasked with maintaining cleanliness and organization across all three stations, conducting regular inventory checks, and restocking essential supplies.
This position is categorized as Back of House (Kitchen).
JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR BEVERAGE SPECIALIST / EXPO:
