Key Responsibilities:
As a pivotal member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process for our guests. Your role will encompass:
- Managing guest inquiries and fulfilling requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Processing payments accurately, including cash and credit transactions.
- Recording all room charges and adjustments with precision.
- Monitoring room availability and rates continuously to provide accurate information.
- Performing additional duties as assigned to support the front office operations.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to solve problems effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and the capability to build positive relationships with colleagues.
