Job Title: Web and Content Manager

The National LGBTQ Task Force is seeking a highly skilled Web and Content Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Communications, Marketing and Branding department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our web presence and digital communications strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute multi-channel digital communications campaigns to support our advocacy and fundraising efforts.
  • Develop and maintain our website's content, integration, maintenance, and analytics.
  • Collaborate with our Development and Advocacy teams to develop a comprehensive plan for email list and social media audience building.
  • Manage our digital communications calendar and schedule across platforms.
  • Coordinate with our IT consultants as needed to ensure the security and functionality of our websites.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in web content management, creating and supporting websites, social media platforms, and text platforms.
  • Excellent writing and graphic design skills, with experience in digital graphic design, photography, and video editing.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and planning skills, with the ability to integrate feedback from multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to work well with diverse teams of colleagues and excel in a fast-paced environment under multiple deadlines.
