About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized plans of care. You will work closely with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure seamless coordination of care and achieve excellent patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough and ongoing holistic nursing assessments, identifying current and potential problems and developing individualized plans of care
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to coordinate care and achieve desired outcomes
• Implement evidence-based treatments and procedures, adhering to established policies and standards of practice
• Document patient information accurately and efficiently, utilizing the nursing process on required forms or fields/screens
• Educate and support patients and their families, empowering them to take an active role in their care

Requirements:
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, currently licensed in the State of New York, or permittee
• Minimum of 2 years critical care or emergency room experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of nursing theory and practice, Hospital structure, objectives, and standards of practice

Estimated Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
