Responsibilities:
As a Clinical Coordinator- Dialysis at WMCHealth, your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. • Developing and implementing educational programs for dialysis staff
    • Coordinating patient care activities, including interdisciplinary team meetings and conferences
    • Participating in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to the development of unit policies and procedures
    • Collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines
    • Providing direct education and training to staff members

Additionally, you will work closely with our dialysis team to develop and implement educational programs, coordinate patient care activities, and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Your experience in acute care dialysis and nursing education will enable you to provide valuable insights and support to our team. Estimated Salary:
$83,000 - $110,000 per year.

Requirements:
• 2 years of acute care dialysis experience required
• Experience in nursing education preferred
• ASN or completion of an accredited nursing program required
• Master's degree in nursing from an accredited program preferred
