Business Development Director - RSM Managed Security Services

RSM is seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to lead our Managed Security Services team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through strategic sales initiatives and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the IT security industry
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to secure new business
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in IT security sales, with a focus on managed security services
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and market share
  • Strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the IT security industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
