Job Description

Phaedon, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our Growth team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving measurable results to grow our business.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and selling across a suite of digital offerings, including direct outreach, building and proactively managing new business, developing net-new pipelines, and negotiating opportunities.

You will work closely with multiple departments to identify, develop, and conduct direct outreach to key decision makers within target prospects. Your strong project management and communication skills will enable you to build and maintain professional relationships with prospects, resulting in growing the sales pipeline.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong knowledge of business and sales growth strategies and techniques, as well as experience with business development in the experience, loyalty, and CRM space, including SaaS platforms, technology, strategy, experience, and analytics.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, technology, or a closely related field, and at least 5+ years of experience in proactive complex sales and pipeline building with strong communications skills.
