Pricing Strategy and Revenue Growth Expert

Lennar Homes, a leading homebuilder in the United States, is seeking a Pricing Strategy Lead to join our revenue management team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth across multiple operating divisions.
As a Pricing Strategy Lead, you will be responsible for training sales teams, analyzing market trends, and providing strategic support to ensure the effective implementation of revenue tools. Your strong understanding of revenue management principles, pricing strategies, and sales optimization techniques will drive successful outcomes.
This position requires a bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, finance, statistics, or a related field, along with 3-5 years of experience in homebuilding sales management, revenue management, sales enablement, sales operations, or a comparable role.
About the Role- Assist Lennar's operating divisions in executing the Company's revenue goals through training, change management, and support in implementing new revenue tools and strategies.
- Establish and nurture relationships with stakeholders that develop trust and help drive adoption.
- Create and maintain regular and engaging communication mechanisms to ensure our operating divisions have critical information when needed.
- Establish a robust feedback mechanism to continuously improve revenue enablement programs that adapt to changing market conditions and sales needs.
You will also identify and share revenue management strategies, processes, and best practices from one operating division to another. Additionally, you will translate data and insights into actionable recommendations using data analysis tools and presentations.
The ideal candidate will have strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate in business terms using simple, concise, and relatable examples. You will be self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
