Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operation of our payroll function, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and providing exceptional service to our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the processing of payroll, including the preparation and submission of payroll taxes and benefits
  • Supervise and train payroll staff to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll
  • Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including HR and Finance, to ensure seamless integration of payroll services
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees, responding to payroll-related inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in payroll operations, including experience with payroll software and systems
  • Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations, including tax laws and benefits
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
