Key Responsibilities- Operational Management: Manage day-to-day operations of the microbiology lab, including scheduling, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior microbiologists, fostering team development and skill-building, and promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Product Review and Release: Oversee product review and release processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of high-quality products to our customers.
- Software Upgrade: Contribute to the upcoming major software upgrade, providing support and guidance as needed to ensure seamless integration and minimal disruption to our operations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Conduct laboratory investigations and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal procedures, maintaining a strong reputation for quality and integrity.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other supervisors and department leaders to streamline operations, ensure smooth project execution, and drive business growth.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in a microbiology laboratory, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Skills: Experience in microbiological lab operations, including product review and release, and familiarity with the Moda software is a plus.
- Eligibility: Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
