Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Manage day-to-day operations of the microbiology lab, including scheduling, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards.

  • Product Review and Release: Oversee product review and release processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of high-quality products to our customers.
  • Software Upgrade: Contribute to the upcoming major software upgrade, providing support and guidance as needed to ensure seamless integration and minimal disruption to our operations.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Conduct laboratory investigations and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal procedures, maintaining a strong reputation for quality and integrity.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other supervisors and department leaders to streamline operations, ensure smooth project execution, and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in a microbiology laboratory, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Skills: Experience in microbiological lab operations, including product review and release, and familiarity with the Moda software is a plus.
  • Eligibility: Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
