Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team at Skai. As a Technical Account Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients take full advantage of our industry-leading Agile Marketing technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Technical Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of Skai's core products and partner integrations to provide expert guidance to clients.
  2. Client Success: Serve as the primary technical lead for a portfolio of accounts, positioning clients for success through project management and configuration maintenance.
  3. Collaboration: Work closely with Client Services to manage client expectations and deadlines, ensuring seamless communication and delivery.
  4. Discovery and QA: Own the discovery, QA, and technical writing processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  5. Project Management: Complete projects on time with better-than-expected results, demonstrating exceptional project management skills.
  6. Communication: Effectively explain technical concepts to a variety of audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.
  7. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with other Technical Services team members to drive team-wide wins and achieve shared goals.

Requirements:

  1. 2-4 years of client-facing experience in digital marketing, preferably in paid search, ad ops, or another technical/trafficking role.
  2. A deep understanding of digital marketing best practices and the ad tech landscape.
  3. Experience in helping non-technical audiences understand technical projects or topics.
  4. Hands-on familiarity with web technologies and tracking standards, including JavaScript, HTML, cookies, databases, and APIs.
  5. A strong desire to grow technical skills and solve new problems for clients.
  6. An ethical, results-oriented, and entrepreneurial outlook.
  7. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.

What We Offer:

Skai offers a competitive salary range of $80,000-$90,000, depending on experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and market data.
