The Services Growth Marketing division is in search of a skilled Project Manager dedicated to defining, developing, and launching systems and processes that enhance the growth and user experience of Apple's media services, including Music, TV+, Arcade, News, Fitness+, and Apple One.


This role requires a deep understanding of subscription media services, marketing initiatives, product development cycles, and adaptable, real-time collaboration tools.

The ideal candidate will thrive in fast-paced, iterative environments, demonstrating creativity and humility to generate new ideas informed by data and structured reasoning.This position involves close collaboration with global and cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, Operations, Business, and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
This role will engage with internal Marketing leaders and a diverse team of marketing managers, engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders to:

  • Design and implement projects, features, and programs aimed at the continuous evolution of Apple's services business and the customer experience.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of collaboration platforms utilized by the team and partners to track and prioritize projects and programs, including recommending feature improvements, defining business requirements, and facilitating implementation within Growth Marketing.
  • Monitor and communicate project and program status across various business units and lifecycles.
Minimum Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in project and process management with an emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and prioritization.
Proven experience in creating and managing project workflows and timelines, utilizing collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Quip, Asana, Wrike, etc.
B.A./B.S or M.S. or advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or Project Management.

Preferred Qualifications:
Exceptional oral and written communication skills, capable of engaging with and presenting to stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively and independently across multiple teams in ambiguous situations, with minimal direction.
Proficient in building and maintaining strong partner relationships and exhibiting excellent interpersonal skills.

A strong passion for collaborating with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Marketing teams to prioritize and develop implementation plans for new features, programs, and capabilities.

Compensation & Benefits:
At Apple, base pay is just one component of our comprehensive compensation package, determined within a specified range.

This allows for growth as you advance in your role.

The base pay range for this position is between $165,500 and $293,800, with your specific pay depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees have the opportunity to become shareholders through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.

Employees may also be eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards and can purchase Apple stock at a discount through the Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
