About the Role:

Ferguson Enterprises is seeking a skilled Sales Support Representative to join our team. As a Sales Support Representative, you will work closely with sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with sales associates to determine the best products and solutions for customers.
  • Ensure timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
  • Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
  • Answer sales calls and address customer concerns or questions.
  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system effectively.

Requirements:

  • 0-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong sales skills, including the ability to upsell.
  • Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and making timely decisions.
  • Ability to react well in a fast-paced environment and follow through on commitments.
  • Highly motivated and customer service-oriented mentality with ability to build relationships.
  • General digital literacy, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.

Pay Range:

$31.41 per hour (estimated monthly range for salaried roles or hourly for all other roles). This role is bonus or incentive plan eligible.
