Job Summary

We are seeking a Service Valet/Porter to join our team at Nalley BMW. As a Service Valet/Porter, you will be the initial contact for arriving service customers, responsible for greeting and checking them in for their appointment. You will also be responsible for moving customer vehicles from the service drive to the shop, and ensuring a safe and secure experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in a timely and friendly manner, obtaining vehicle information and checking them in for their appointment.
  • Assist the Service Advisor in helping customers, while maintaining organization in the service drive.
  • Move customer vehicles from the service drive to the shop, following established procedures.
  • Retain keys according to departmental safeguard procedures.
  • Actively promote effective working relationships with associates and departments in the dealership.
  • Follow dealership-specific procedures for active vehicle delivery, resulting in return visits and high customer satisfaction.
  • Readily assist fellow dealership personnel in completing work necessary to ensure full functioning of the dealership.
  • Ability to work outdoors and on your feet for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly preferred.
  • Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug test).
