Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Join Suna Solutions as a Customer Service Representative and take on a challenging role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service via phone, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and exceed their expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints, provide warranty information, and facilitate labor payments.
  • Utilize SAP to research customer information, verify eligibility, and provide accurate responses.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and products to effectively address customer inquiries.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer issues and provide solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Strong typing skills (45 WPM) and 10-key abilities, with the ability to accurately enter customer information.
