About the Role

Industrious is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Member Experience Associate to join our team. As a Member Experience Associate, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our members have a seamless and enjoyable experience in our offices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure that our offices are clean, organized, and well-maintained, and that all equipment and amenities are in good working order.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, ordering and restocking as needed to ensure that our offices are fully equipped and ready for members.
  • Assist with events and programming, including setup, execution, and teardown.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with members, understanding their needs and preferences and providing personalized support and service.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure that our offices are running smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a hospitality or office setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, and move objects up to 25 pounds, and to stand for long periods of time.
