We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Member Experience Associate to join our team at Industrious. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and productive environment for our members.
Your day will be filled with a variety of tasks, including preparing the office for the day, managing inventory, and designing unique events and signage. You will also be responsible for adding new members to our systems, assisting with IT and wifi issues, and participating in local marketing events.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about building relationships and community, and who can effortlessly connect with our members. If you are a team player who is energized by meeting people and is always looking for ways to improve and make things more efficient, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities- Prepare the office for the day, including brewing coffee, setting out breakfast, and stocking shared amenities
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Design and implement unique events and signage to enhance the member experience
- Add new members to our systems and ensure a seamless onboarding process
- Assist with IT and wifi issues, and participate in local marketing events
- Participate in food preparation and cleaning duties, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations
- Perform repetitive tasks requiring frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 25 lbs.
- Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, and walk for extended periods throughout the day.
- Capable of operating machines / appliances as necessary, including printers, dishwashers, blenders, snack carts, knives, kitchen utensils, etc.
- Participate in food preparation and cleaning duties, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, including the use of cleaning chemicals, and equipment.
- Ensure work areas are kept in a sanitary condition and all safety protocols are followed.
- Fixed hours to give you stability
- $500 Sign on Bonus
- Commuter Stipend of $150 / quarter
- Travel stipend $150/ annually (after 90 days)
- End of Year Bonus of $1500
- Sick pay as required by law
