Account Onboarding Manager

Frazil, the leading frozen beverage company in the US, is seeking a detail-oriented sales operations coordinator to support our Customer Success team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in managing the onboarding process, analyzing sales data, and driving business growth.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about data analysis, relationship-building, and driving business results. You will work closely with our sales team, distributors, and broker partners to ensure seamless onboarding and execution of sales strategies.
About the Role:
- Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Collaborate with sales team members to analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve retailer performance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, broker partners, and convenience stores to ensure successful onboarding and execution of sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
- 2-3 years in sales operations, client success, or account management; preference given to experience in the convenience store industry.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.

- A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $75,000+ based on experience.
