**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Executive to promote Valet Living's resident-facing amenities within the multifamily industry. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships with prospective clients to drive revenue and achieve monthly closing targets in designated markets.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of repeatedly exceeding sales objectives in a business-to-business outside consultative sales environment. Experience selling to the multifamily industry is preferred, but not required. A strong ability to excel in split compensation structures (commission/base) and proficiency in Salesforce are also essential skills for this role.

In this position, you will play a critical role in generating, developing, and closing opportunities in a designated territory. You will build and nurture strong relationships with property, regional managers, property owners, and management groups. The salary for this role is estimated to be between $108,000- $126,000 per year, depending on location and performance.
