Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant to join our team at Actalent. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient care and flow, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our patients.
  • Escort patients to exam rooms, obtain vital signs, and update Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
  • Assist healthcare providers with procedures, preparing patients for exams and performing tasks as needed.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of e-prescribing tasks and EHR assignments.
  • Maintain accurate EHR records, adhering to SBNC policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Medical Assisting diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • At least one year of Medical Assistant experience.
Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position in Thousand Oaks, California, and Encino, California, with the possibility of floating between both clinics.
