Child Crisis Arizona is seeking a compassionate and energetic Home Visitor to join our team in our Early Education Services Department. As a Home Visitor, you will provide direct service to enrolled families on a weekly basis, using an evidence-based curriculum to support parents in improving the bond between parent and child, positive discipline techniques, and childhood development.

You will work with families to set goals and provide resources to support their overall well-being. Our goal is to promote self-sufficiency for the family and set the child up for future success in life.

Qualifications
  • Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education, Social Work, or related field
  • 1+ year of related experience in infant/toddler education and/or family case management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A personal vehicle required for daily use for travel to families' homes
  • A clean five-year motor vehicle history and a valid Arizona Driver's license
  • A level one fingerprint clearance card or the ability to obtain one prior to starting
  • English/Spanish capabilities required
