About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Receptionist to join our team at CenterWell Senior Primary Care. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our patients and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet patients and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner
  • Register patients and manage their medical records
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
  • Collect co-pays and process payments
  • Perform basic administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a medical office setting preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of medical software
