Southwest Human Development Inc is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Development Specialist to join our team in Maricopa County. As a Home Visitor, you will play a vital role in promoting healthy child development and strengthening family relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver home visiting services to children and their families, fostering a supportive and engaging environment for growth and development.
  • Implement the Healthy Families model and curriculum with fidelity, ensuring high-quality services and outcomes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with community agencies and partners to share program information and learn about resources available for families.
  • Administer screenings for parents and children, celebrating successes and addressing challenges along the way.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma and 3 years of child development home visiting experience.
  • Experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse populations.
  • Valid US state driver's license and reliable, registered vehicle with valid auto insurance.
  • Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to qualify for one.
