Job Title: Law Firm Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Law Firm Receptionist to join our team at Amara and Associates. As the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and callers, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the efficient operation of our office.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression of our firm.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately, handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Assist with client intake processes, including gathering necessary information and completing paperwork, ensuring compliance with legal ethics and regulations.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal assistants as needed, ensuring seamless office operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to legal ethics and regulations, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
Qualifications:
  • Must be fluent in Spanish, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration or related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a legal setting, with a strong understanding of office procedures and protocols.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment, including printers, scanners, and photocopiers.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines with ease.
  • Positive attitude, reliable work ethic, and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Schedule:

8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Work Location: Remote, with the ability to work from home or in our office, depending on the needs of the firm.
