Position Summary:
The HR Business Partner serves as a vital link between the HR department and specific business units, delivering strategic insights and guidance on various workforce-related matters. This position entails active involvement in talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, conflict resolution, and the facilitation of training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and recommend staffing needs for business divisions in alignment with organizational objectives and financial plans.
- Source and onboard candidates to fulfill the requirements of the business.
- Establish job classifications and oversee recruitment platforms to attract qualified candidates.
- Evaluate the performance of new employees during their initial period.
- Track employee performance and conduct periodic evaluations.
- Develop and implement Performance Improvement Plans when necessary.
- Address grievances or concerns in accordance with company policies.
- Deliver HR training and support to employees across all levels.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a preference for HRBP experience.
- Strong understanding of business operations and a desire to gain deeper insights into the organization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A genuine interest in HR, coupled with patience and effective problem-solving abilities.
