Position Summary:

The HR Business Partner serves as a vital link between the HR department and specific business units, delivering strategic insights and guidance on various workforce-related matters. This position entails active involvement in talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, conflict resolution, and the facilitation of training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and recommend staffing needs for business divisions in alignment with organizational objectives and financial plans.
  • Source and onboard candidates to fulfill the requirements of the business.
  • Establish job classifications and oversee recruitment platforms to attract qualified candidates.
  • Evaluate the performance of new employees during their initial period.
  • Track employee performance and conduct periodic evaluations.
  • Develop and implement Performance Improvement Plans when necessary.
  • Address grievances or concerns in accordance with company policies.
  • Deliver HR training and support to employees across all levels.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a preference for HRBP experience.
  • Strong understanding of business operations and a desire to gain deeper insights into the organization.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A genuine interest in HR, coupled with patience and effective problem-solving abilities.
