Strategic HR Manager for Business Growth

At Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, we're seeking a strategic and results-oriented HR Manager to strengthen our business by maximizing human capital.

This newly created and critical role will act as a trusted advisor and business partner to the Regional HR Director, ensuring we have the right talent in place at each of our plant locations while driving engagement and career development for our team members.

The successful candidate will counsel leaders on performance management and employee relations matters, influencing and communicating with all levels of the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring 100% compliance through consistent application and integration of policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Influencing and communicating with all levels of the organization
  • Ensuring employee relations issues are properly identified, reported, investigated, and resolved
  • Leading key HR processes, including compensation, merit, and bonus planning
  • Facilitating talent reviews and performance management processes using contemporary tools and processes
  • Working collaboratively with Union leadership (where applicable) to maintain positive relations
  • Responsible for compensation planning, including annual merit and bonus process
