Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full talent acquisition cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Drive the implementation of HR processes that create departmental and organizational success.
  • Manage performance reviews and create systems for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, including OSHA.
  • Support leadership in handling team member development, needs assessments, and employee relations.
  • Manage benefits administration, including health, dental, vision, life, and other employee benefits.
  • Be the liaison between employees and benefit providers to resolve issues.
  • Foster strong inter-departmental collaboration and provide support in labor negotiations when needed.
  • Enforce company policies and related documentation, including any disciplinary action.
  • Provide support and documentation necessary for periodic labor negotiations and formalized grievance procedures.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in Human Resources, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment and familiarity with organized labor is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • HR Certification(s) preferred.
