Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full talent acquisition cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Drive the implementation of HR processes that create departmental and organizational success.
- Manage performance reviews and create systems for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, including OSHA.
- Support leadership in handling team member development, needs assessments, and employee relations.
- Manage benefits administration, including health, dental, vision, life, and other employee benefits.
- Be the liaison between employees and benefit providers to resolve issues.
- Foster strong inter-departmental collaboration and provide support in labor negotiations when needed.
- Enforce company policies and related documentation, including any disciplinary action.
- Provide support and documentation necessary for periodic labor negotiations and formalized grievance procedures.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in Human Resources, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment and familiarity with organized labor is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- HR Certification(s) preferred.
