Job Title: Chief Human Resource Officer

The Chief Human Resource Officer is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing the Human Resources Department at Dayforce. This role involves developing and implementing HR policies, programs, and practices that align with the organization's mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives
  • Manage the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process for new employees
  • Develop and maintain employee relations programs to promote a positive work environment
  • Administer benefits, compensation, and performance management programs
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR leadership roles
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
