Job Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering post-sales support services to our clients. This includes assisting with installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution, and maintenance of our products and services. You will respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions to technical issues related to our offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and evaluate customer requirements.

Qualifications
What You Bring to the Team:
- A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- At least one year of experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred.

- Occasional movement around the office to communicate with colleagues and attend meetings.
- Frequent operation of a computer.
