Precision Manufacturing Technician

Spark Talent Acquisition is seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining manual and CNC machines, ensuring accurate production and quality control.
Key Responsibilities- Machine Operation
- Operate manual lathe and milling machines, as well as CNC mills, to produce high-quality parts.
- Set up and maintain machines to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Quality Control
- Review drawings, instructions, and blueprints to ensure accurate production.
- Take precise measurements for cutting or shaping, and select the appropriate machine and settings for each task.
- Monitor production, adjusting feed and settings as necessary to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Maintenance and Safety
- Identify and perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on machines.
- Maintain a safe and clean workstation, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
- Team Collaboration
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
- Education and Experience
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience working with machine tools, both manual and CNC.
- Working knowledge of safety protocols.
- Apprenticeship or vocational training preferred.
- Skills and Abilities
- Excellent coordination and mechanical skills.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and safety.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in math.
- Basic computer skills.
