About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex projects within our Infrastructure and Business Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing project work teams, developing and integrating project deliverables, and ensuring the implementation of deliverables and resulting client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Use strong project management skills and delivery methodologies to lead the delivery of projects or sub-projects within planned timelines, budget, margins, and quality specifications.
  • Business Process Redesign and Change Management: Apply business process redesign and/or information planning methodologies to client business problems, combining knowledge of business process redesign and/or information planning methodologies with a deep knowledge of their domain and/or solution to sell, design, and deliver a full range of solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management and Business Development: Develop strong client relationships, interface with client's technical executives to understand their business challenges, and recommend innovative integrated business solutions.
  • Project Delivery Orchestration: Establish and manage the project plan, including development, delivery schedule, resource requirements, 3rd parties, cost budget methodology, tools, standards, and quality.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Manage project work teams, set objectives and priorities, assign and review tasks, performance, and staffing requirements, and provide mentoring, development, and performance feedback to team members.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of Project Management experience with at least 2 years managing large, more complex projects, generally up to $5M of services value per year.
  • Executive leadership interaction experience required.
  • Portfolio project management accountability required.
  • Project delivery orchestration required.
  • Project management in infrastructure, finance, and business operations is highly preferred.
  • Training in the practical application of business process redesign, change management, and information planning tools and methodologies.
  • Using business process redesign, change management, and information planning tools and methodologies to identify new business opportunities.
  • Successful track record of engagement capture and client relationship management.
  • Successfully completed PMI or IPMA professional certification.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
