Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute brand marketing strategies to enhance brand recognition and customer loyalty
  • Conduct market research to understand consumer buying behavior, trends, and competitive landscapes
  • Partner with Regional BU leads to support go-to-market (GTM) strategies for all new product launches
  • Responsible for new product launches and managing the creation and delivery of compelling marketing campaigns across various channels
  • Work with creative teams to guide the brand's visual and verbal messaging
  • Set and manage the brand marketing budget to maximize return on investment
  • Stay current with marketing trends and technologies to keep the brand at the forefront of developments in brand marketing

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Graphic Design or Visual Arts, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing role
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, and multi-channel marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to think strategically, at a high level, yet be detail oriented and organized at follow through and execution

Location: This is an on-site, office-based role in Tustin, CA.

Salary: $120,000+ annually
